At Solaris Marketing we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This privacy policy has been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data do we collect and why?

Through our website's contact form, we may collect the following data solely to handle your request for information or a quote:

• Name — to address your enquiry personally.
• Email — to send you the requested reply or quote.
• Phone — to contact you by telephone if you prefer.
• Message / requested service — to understand your project and advise you.

We do not collect or process special categories of data (health, ideology, etc.).

3. Legal basis for processing

• Consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): by submitting our contact form, you consent to the processing of your data to answer your request.
• Pre-contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): when requesting a quote or starting a business relationship.

4. Data retention

Data will be kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the relevant statutory limitation period (usually 5 years for commercial and tax obligations once a relationship begins). If no business relationship is established, the data is deleted once the enquiry has been handled.

5. Recipients and disclosures

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where legally required or strictly necessary to provide the service (for example, hosting or email services acting as data processors in accordance with applicable regulations).

Specifically, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, Ireland) as a data processor for anonymous, aggregated measurement of website traffic. This processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), managed through our cookie banner and Google Consent Mode v2. If you reject analytics cookies, no measurement cookies will be installed.

Measurement data may be transferred to Google servers in third countries, including the United States. These transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission). Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you may exercise the following rights with us regarding your personal data:
